With over 8 years of experience as a therapist, I’ve had the privilege of helping teens and adults navigate life’s challenges, heal from past wounds, and create meaningful change. My work is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and transformation.

My training and experience as the co-owner of a psychotherapeutic practice and a behavioral coaching company for the past 11 years have given me unique insights into human behavior. This diverse background has deepened my understanding of the challenges people face and how to tailor approaches that empower growth and transformation. I draw on evidence-based practices, including attachment-based, somatic, and trauma-informed care, while integrating your unique strengths, values, and experiences into the process.
