We do not participate with insurance. However, we do offer an itemized bill or “Super Bill” that includes the necessary CPT and diagnostic codes for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement of services rendered by an out-of-network provider.
Yes. Confidentiality is a legal construct which prevents the disclosure of the
events of therapy. Therapist confidentiality gives our clients the assurance
and confidence to be as open as they would like. Our therapists also discuss
the limitations of confidentiality with each of their clients.
Below, you will find our current self-pay fees for services, effective January 1, 2025.
We are happy to provide you with a “superbill” to submit to your insurance for receiving “Out of Network” benefits; we CANNOT guarantee reimbursement from your insurance.
Individual: $175/per 45-minute session
New Individual Intake: $200
Couples/Families: $200/per 60-minute session
New Couples/Families Intake: $225
We accept all cash, checks, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and major
credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc).
We do consider sliding scale rates on a case-by-case basis.
Frequency of therapy depends on the presenting issues, desired intensity of the work, and therapist availability. Typically, therapy sessions are once a week.
Sessions are typically 45 minutes for Individual Therapy and 60 minutes for Family and Couples Therapy.
No. We do not prescribe medication, but we are more than happy to refer you to a psychiatrist who can prescribe and manage medication, when appropriate. We do not “push medication.” We see it as a compliment to the therapeutic process at times. However, in certain instances with significant mental and behavioral health issues, medication can be essential.
