We are being mindful of the COVID-19 pandemic and want to ensure the health and safety of our staff, clients, and community and have shifted to 100% virtual therapy for the foreseeable future.

We are overtly aware of the challenges people are facing with this “new normal.” We believe we are all born with a need to be in relationship with others, despite how challenging relationships can be. There is a stress that comes from the disruption of those relationships and interactions as they now have to be played out in new ways that we are not comfortable or familiar with.
Maintaining resilience and flexibility with personal, parenting, and professional roles requires a different set of skills and better boundaries while being at home during a pandemic.
