About Us
We specialize in adult and adolescent individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy. Our mission is to help you live life more abundantly, by working collaboratively to heal from and navigate difficult life circumstances. Therapy offers a safe space to address challenges such as relationship conflict or dissatisfaction, grief, trauma, parenting difficulties, and family struggles that often plague our lives with anxiety, depression, anger, self-doubt, strained relationships, low self-esteem, and more.
Change is possible if you are willing to do something different. There are many benefits to therapy including maintenance and growth even when everything is going well. Therapy is an investment in yourself and your relationships that can have a positive impact now AND a generational impact in the future when a commitment is made to mental health and wellness.

Generosity and Gratitude
During this extended time of uncertainty due to COVID-19, relationships often experience an increase in distress and conflict. Many are also feeling a greater sense of isolation and loneliness. We are here via virtual therapy and telehealth to support you.
Seeking support takes courage – we are so glad you’re here! Sharing private thoughts with a stranger can be anxiety provoking. We respect and honor how difficult this can be and treat your needs and concerns with sensitivity and positive regard. We are passionate about engaging you in the process of positive change. Therefore, our work is guided by several important values that contribute to the strong, trusting, and respectful connections our clients form with our therapists.
